Returns Policy
- You may return any product that is the result of our error - in such cases we will pay all shipping costs.
- If you discover that the item is defective after the plastics wrap package is opened, a replacement will be granted. We do point out that all items are thoroughly checked for any form of damage or fault prior to shipping.
- Please send us an email - use the Contact Us page - and wait for our reply prior to sending any item back to us.
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
- Any item sent to you via downloading will not be refunded. If there is some error or fault in the item we will fix the error or fault and you can download it again.
